Base Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup cauliflower florets

Method

Method

Base Ingredients
- 2 swedes (~800 g), cubed
- 4 carrots (~400 g), batons
- 2 leeks (~160 g, white part), sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Steam swede + carrots until tender, add leeks last 5 mins. Drizzle oil.

Steamed Bok Choy with Olive Oil & Herbs
Ingredients
- 3–4 small bok choy (~400 g), trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (or rice bran oil for neutral option)
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional garnish)
- Pinch salt (optional)
Method
- Rinse bok choy well and slice lengthwise.
- Steam for 3–4 minutes until tender but still bright green.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
