Chicken and Sour Cream Quiche

This is a really simple quiche to make.  My family was surprised at how tasty it was.  Not sure why!

You will need

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Sheet Of Puff Pastry   (GF optional)
  • 300 ml Sour Cream*
  • 1 cup of cooked and diced or shredded chicken
  • 2 eschallot bulbs diced* 
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped chives.
  • Salt to taste

Preheat the oven 180 degrees C.  Line a greased pie dish  with the puff pastry. Whisk together the eggs and sour cream and add salt to taste. Add  other ingredients, then pour into the pastry shell. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden and set.

Serves 6 for lunch or 4 for dinner
