Chocolate Free Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup carob powder
  • egg replacement (equivalent of 2 eggs)
  • 1/3 cup Nuttelex
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. GF baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.

Cream the nuttelex and sugar in a large bowl, and add vanilla and egg replacement.

In a medium-sized bowl mix all dry ingredients, once combined add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well mixed.

Grease an 8x8 pan and add the batter.

Bake for 30 minutes
