Red Cabbage and Mixed Bean Salad

Enjoy for lunch, or for dinner as a side with lentil and potato patties.  Or with roast chicken, schnitzel or steak. Optional add chips or for moderate salicylate a jacket potato (boiled or baked)

Salad ingredients needed for one person (increase as necessary)

  • 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
  • 1 spring onion white stem sliced
  • 1/4 cup  four bean mix   
  •  Some Parsley

Mix together and add suitable dressing –  I like tangy maple syrup dressing
