  • Roast Lamb or beef with roast potato, roast swede and roast brussels sprouts or green beens

  • Roast Lamb or Beef with roast potato and DF/GF leek in white sauce and green beans
  • Roast Lamb with baked swede, potato, leek and chickpeas – cut swede and potato into chunks coat with oil and bake in hot oven for around 20 minutes, coat sliced leek and chickpeas in rice bran oil with salt and garlic, add to dish, cook until potato, swede and chickpeas are golden, about another 20 to 25 minutes

  • Roast Chicken with caramalised leek, roast potato and green beans (for caramalised leek cook slowly in oil (white part only), once softened add a little rice bran syrup or maple syrup)
  • Roast chicken with roasted potato, braised red cabbage, green beans and potato roasted or scalloped
  • Roast Chicken with sides as per roast lamb and roast beef
  • Roast Chicken is nice served with Savoury Pear Sauce or Chutney
  • Eggy Fried Rice
  • Eggy Fried Rice with Lentils (add 1/2 can of lentils to eggy rice recipe)

Quinoa Chickpea and cashew salad served with either

  • lamb cutlets
  • GF/DF Chicken Schnitzel
  • crispy tofu (coat firm tofu strips or cubes with rice flour and fry in rice bran or canola oil)
