|Parsley, chopped||2 Tbsp (25 mL)|
- Combine carrots with parsnips and water.
- Microwave, covered on High power for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through; drain.
- Stir in maple syrup and butter until richly glazed. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
