Golden Syrup Glazed Baby Carrots (GF, DF, VG)

Serves 4

  • 1 bunch  baby carrots, scrubbed
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil or rice bran oil
  • 1 tablespoons golden syrup
  • Salt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and return to dish.

  2. Step 2

    Combine oil and syrup. Pour over carrots and heat through.
