Garlic Chicken Breast with Maple glaze

For 4 people you need

  • 4 small chicken breast fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon suitable oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup (pure not imitation)


  1. Slit each chicken breast in a few places and push in garlic slices.
  2. Brush each chicken breast with oil
  3. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes, brushing with maple syrup, until cooked through.

Nice served with mash and green beans or a suitable side salad / coleslaw and baked potato chips or ROASTED SWEET POTATO BITES *
