Celery Leaf Pesto


  • 1 small Garlic Clove 
  • 1/2-3/4 Cup of Raw Cashew
  • 3 Cups of Celery Leaves (loosely packed) 
  • 1/2 Cup of flat leaf Parsley 
  • 1/8 teaspoon of citric acid
  • 3/4 cup of rice bran or canola oil


Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until desired consistency

Optional season with a little salt


Small serves are failsafe
