Sweet and Salty Popcorn (G)

Makes around 4 cups 


1- 2 Tablespoons of suitable oil

1/4 cup POPCORN # kernels

1 Tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon sea salt



Combine sugar and sea salt set aside

In a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, heat the oil over medium-high heat. add the popcorn.

When the oil sizzles, sprinkle the sugar and salt mixture over the kernels. Cover and shake the pan until the popping slows down, about 3 minutes.
