For Whisky beef for 4- 6 people you will need
• 680 grams (1½ lbs) sirloin steak (for best taste use grass fed or organic)
• 1- 2 tablespoons butter or suitable df alternative
• 2 Eschalot Onion Bulbs or 1 small onion (higher chemical Sals)
• 1/4 cup Whisky
• 1/3 cup cream
Cut the beef into thin strips. Cut onion bulbs into quarters and seperate.
Cook the onion in the butter over low heat for 5-7 minutes, until the onion is browned and softened.
Increase heat to medium and add beef strips and cook until meat is just browned (don’t overcook).
Stir in the Scotch Whisky and cream. Heat gently to reduce slightly.
