Steak and Crunchy Potato Bites

This has been a big hit with the kids and the hubby.

Serving: 4

Ingredients

600 grams potato peeled and cut into 3 cm pieces
2 tbsp non gmo canola oil or sunflower oil (or other if suitable)
4 sirloin steak fat trimmed 125g to 150 g per person

Directions
1.Place potatoes in a pot and cover in cold water, bring to boil and boil until potato is just softened, remove from heat and drain.
2.Heat oil in a large frypan, add potatoes cook for 10 -15 minutes until crunchy
3.Meanwhile grill or fry steak for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through, remove from heat and rest for about 5 minutes covered before serving.
