PASTA WITH GREEN PEA AND LEEK SAUCE (GF, DF, VG)

Cook suitable Gluten Free pasta as per directions

Sautée a leek, some garlic and a cup of frozen peas, then blend all of that up with a cup of reserved pasta water, add salt and a little bit of citric acid to make a sauce

Then sautee another cup of peas, and add to the cooked pasta, along with the the sauce and some parsley into the pan and combined

Serve and enjoy
