Eating with food intolerances can feel complicated. I built Friendlier Food from lived experience—starting with the Food Intolerance Diet (low chemical) as a safe foundation, then learning how to flex with salicylates and amines as tolerated.

Here you’ll find food intolerance recipes that overlap with the low histamine and migraine diets. Each recipe is labelled so you can choose what fits your needs—whether you’re keeping things strict or adding back more variety.
