Oven Baked Potato Chips

Baked Potato Chips

  • 1 Medium Potato per person (white and peeled)
  • Vegetable oil (e.g. canola, sunflower, rice bran)
  • Salt to season

Preheat oven 200 or 180 celsius, (fan forced)

Cut potato into 1 cm fries

Place on a lined baking tray and drizzle with oil

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes – until golden brown
