Oven Baked Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium to large potato thicky peeled per person
  • Vegetable oil (e.g. canola, sunflower, rice bran)
  • Salt to season

Instructions

Preheat oven 200C/390F or 180C/360F, (fan forced)

Cut potato into 1 cm fries

Place on a lined baking tray and drizzle with oil

Sprinke with sea salt

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes – until golden brown
