Serves 4
- 3 cups of red cabbage shredded
- 1 large choko , sliced thinly (julienne)
- 1-2 celery sticks sliced on an angle
- 1 small CARROT (+S) peeled, halved and sliced thinly (julienne) (Note 1)
- 2 Spring onion/shallot stem sliced on an angle
- 1 clove of garlic
- Low Salicylate Oil for cooking (Rice Bran or Canola)
Heat oil in a pan or wok (medium to high), add garlic cook for 20 seconds, (want golden not burnt) then add vegetables stir fry for a couple of minutes or until texture you like
Note 1: leave out CARROT for low salicylate diet and low chemical diet (Failsafe Diet – RPAH ED1)
