Salad ingredients needed for one person (increase as necessary)
- 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
- 1 spring onion white stem sliced
- 1/4 cup four bean mix
- Some Parsley
Mix together and add suitable dressing – I like tangy maple syrup dressing
