- Roast Lamb with baked swede, potato, leek and chickpeas – cut swede and potato into chunks coat with oil and bake in hot oven for around 20 minutes, coat sliced leek and chickpeas in rice bran oil with salt and garlic, add to dish, cook until potato, swede and chickpeas are golden, about another 20 to 25 minutes
