Lamb Rissoles with Braised Lentil Rice

optional add carrot or other moderate salicylate veg to lentils

Meal Idea

  • Serve cooked lamb rissoles with
  • Braised lentils that have been cooked earlier in the day, and reheated and tossed through freshly cooked white or brown rice. (leave out carrot for low salicylate)
  • Optional drizzle rissoles with a plain yoghurt and chive or garlic sauce (contains dairy)
