Home made Cashew Carob Spread


  • 1 packet of raw cashews (200 grams)
  • 3 & 1/2 Tablespoons of Carob Syrup
  • 3 & 1/2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rice Bran or Canola Oil
  • 1/3 cup of filtered water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt


Blend ingredients until smooth, using a food processor or stick blender.

Place into a sterilised jar and store in fridge.

Serve as a topping on suitable gluten free or standard bread, toast, pancakes, other.
