- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 Garlic clove , minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Citric Acid
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add citric acid and garlic and stir 30 seconds.
Serve with fish, lamb, chicken or over ASPARAGUS
