- Green Beans - trimmed 400g/14oz
- Carrot - 1 medium peeled halved length wise then sliced
- Suitable oil for frying (e.g. rice bran, canola)
- Salt for seasoning
- Garlic - 1 clove optional
Add oil to frying pan medium-high heat. Add the green beans and carrot, season with salt and cook, stirring, until just tender, 4-5 minutes. Optional Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
