Serves 4
- 1 bunch baby carrots, scrubbed
- 2 teaspoons canola oil or rice bran oil
- 1 tablespoons golden syrup
- Salt
Method
- Step 1
Cook carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and return to dish.
- Step 2
Combine oil and syrup. Pour over carrots and heat through.
