Sauteed Choko and Potato
1 choko (chayote) about 300g- peeled and cut into slices
3 small potatoes (300-400g) – peeled and cut into thin slices.
2 clove of garlic – minced and 4 tbsp suitable oil (note 1)
to taste table salt
- Heat Oil in large pan
- Add other ingredients
- Cook until choko and potato are golden
- Season with salt just befor serving.
Note 1 Leave garlic out – or use suitable home made garlic infused oil for Lofo
