For 4 people you need
- 4 small chicken breast fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 teaspoon suitable oil
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup (pure not imitation)
- Slit each chicken breast in a few places and push in garlic slices.
- Brush each chicken breast with oil
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes, brushing with maple syrup, until cooked through.
Nice served with mash and green beans or a suitable side salad / coleslaw and baked potato chips or ROASTED SWEET POTATO BITES *
