Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (400 g) drained and rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of rice bran or canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp of citric acid   

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender, blitz until the consistency you like. Add a little extra water if consistency is too thick.

Notes

Serve with suitable cracker choice (e.g. Sakata plain rice crackers) or serve with raw green beans and celery sticks
