Garlicky Bok Choy (GF, DF, VG)

Ingredients

  •  I Bunch of bok choy
  • 1 garlic   clove crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of suitable oil

Instructions

Before cooking rinse bok choy well, cut about 2 cm of the bottom, and then chop leaves into bite size pieces or slice them length wise.

Heat oil in pan, on medium heat, add crushed garlic, and heat until fragrant. Mix in bok choy  cook until leaves become bright green and stems become slightly translucent

sprinkle with salt to serve.
