- 4 cups cabbage (green or red or mixed) thinly sliced
- 1 CARROT *, peeled and grated (optional)
- optional 1 shallot stem green sliced thin (optional)
- other suitable veg (e.g. celery, mung beans) optional
- Suitable Dressing: Buttermilk Dressing or Home Made Friendly Garlic Mayo or Mayo following the recipe in the RPAH Allergy Unit Cookbook, or other
- Combine cabbage and other vegetables
- Add Dressing
Variation: add chopped pears in syrup for a sweeter tasting mayo.
