Croissant and Pear Jam

A scrumptious treat!!! and occasional breakfast food that is negligible in salicylate, and suitable for elimination diet.

 

You will need

  • 1  croissant (additive and preservative free) e.g. from Brumby’s or Coles
  • Butter or suitable dairy free spread
  • Pear Jam

Method

  1. Heat croissant in a moderate oven for 5 to 10 minutes
  2. Spread with butter  or suitable non dairy spread and jam
  3. Enjoy without guilt. (but as croissant is higher in fat, consider it one of your days treats)
