Choko Omelette

For 2 people you need

  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
  • Oil for frying (low salicylate e.g. canola, rice bran)
  • 1 choko peeled, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 4 Eggs mixed together and seasoned with salt


Fry the choko in oil for a minute then add garlic and continue frying until choko is slightly browned.

Pour over egg mixture, and cook until firm
