Chickpea Flat bread

This makes 4 flat breads.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpea (Bessan) flour
  • 1 1/2 cups luke warm water
  • 2 tablespoons rice bran oil or canola oil, plus more for the pan and drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon  salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Let rest for at least 30 minutes – to allow full absorption of the water

Heat oil in medium pan add 1/4 of batter (about 1/2 cm thick) cook on one side until bubbles like pancakes do (about 2 minutes). Turn and cook other side. Remove from pan

Repeat with rest of batter.
