Chicken with Creamy Parsley Sauce

For low (salicylate, amine and glutamate)

Serve with rice or potato mash and rice and brussels and beans

moderate salicylates tolerated

Serve with Sweet potato chips and beans and asparagus, OR

Mash and carrots and beans

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders or breast 2 pack
  • Rice Flour
  • Garlic
  • Cream
  • Parsley
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

Coat Chicken breast with rice flour

Cook in oil 3 - 6 minutes each side - until no longer pink

Transfer to a plate and let rest

Meanwhile add garlic to pan low to medium, and cook a litte before adding cream and parsley cooking for around 2 minutes

Add Chicken back in
