1 Mountain bread (rice) (preservative and additive and yeast free)
1/4 to 1/3 cup of Cottage Cheese
1/2 – 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 – 1/2 cup of grated CARROT *
Put ingredients on one half of Mountain Bread, then roll up. Cut in half and enjoy
Note
For Gluten Free Option, use home made tortilla using suitable ingredients or rice cakes.
