Makes around 1 1/2 cups
- 2 cups of raw cashews
- 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoons of rice bran or canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Preheat oven to 160°C.. Place the cashews on a large baking tray and cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden.
- While still warm blend with other ingredients. You can add a little more oil, if needed
- Store in a sterilised jar
