Carrot Fries

Serves 4

Ingredients

 

  • 400g CARROT
  • 1 tbsp gf cornflour
  • 1 tbsp suitable vegetable oil

Method

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Peel and Cut carrots into ‘fries’, about 1cm thick,
  2. Coat with cornflour then toss in the oil
  3. spread in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment, and bake for 40-45 mins, turning halfway.
