Garlicky Peas and Leek (G)

Contains Dairy and moderate glutamates

Serves 4

  • 1 leek finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter or suitable df spread
  • 1 tbsp suitable oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cup frozen PEAS (G)

Gently soften the leeks in butter, oil and garlic on low heat. Once softened add peas, and  cook until heated through.  Just before serving season with salt.

Optional, before serving stir in 1 tablespoon of cream and heat through.
