For 4 people for a side you need
- 1/2 small red cabbage – shredded
- 1 – 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or Maple Syrup (depending on
- desired sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon substitute (ie 1 tablespoon of water and 1/4 tsp of citric acid)
Combine ingredients in a glass microwave dish or pot
Microwave or heat in pot until softened, stir prior to serving.
For moderate and gluten tolerated: use Malt Vinegar instead of lemon substitute.
