2 cups of brussel sprouts , trimmed and halved lengthways (1)
60g butter, melted or Nuttelex for dairy free option.
1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts, water and butter and season with salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 8 mins or until the brussels sprouts are crisp-tender and the water has evaporated.
2. Continue cooking for about 6 mins or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, but not mushy.
