Celery and Pear Juice

Low Salicylate Cleansing Juice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of sliced celery (washed)
  • 3/4 cup of frozen or fresh peeled pear (cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup of filtered water
  • 1/4 cup of ice, if not using frozen pear
  • optional vitamins: Skin Friend AM

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender (such as a NutriBullet) and blend on high until smooth. Add more water if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
