For a low chemical roast try
3 TBS GF Cornflour
1 TBS Sugar
400 mls of Rice Milk
1-2 tps of pure vanilla
Moderate Salicylates and glutamates.
1 Mountain bread (rice) (preservative and additive and yeast free)
1/4 to 1/3 cup of Cottage Cheese
1/2 – 1
Contains dairy, GF optional
